Leading German kitchen manufacturers now use Vinterio to refine their current kitchen models.

In addition to a high level of functionality, customers seeking high-quality kitchens demand unique designs. That is why kitchen manufacturers such as Bulthaup and Schüller are using real wood surfaces from Vinterio. For its new, modern b1 kitchen system, Bulthaup combines white surfaces with Vinterio veneer. Production of b1 kitchens with Vinterio started in August 2008. Initial talks between Vinterio and Bulthaup took place following Interzum 2007. Designers from the kitchen manufacturer were particularly impressed by the look of Vinterio Stratus.

After testing Vinterio Stratus, Bulthaup decided to use Walnut Classic for the b1 kitchen. In addition, Bulthaup produced 500 kitchens with Vinterio for a project in China. Bulthaup, a premium brand in the kitchen industry, is known for setting the standards that lead the way for other manufacturers. Bulthaup was one of the first to use aluminum as design material in kitchens - just one example of the company’s trend setting ability. Vinterio has been in use at Schüller — another top kitchen manufacturer — since the end of last year. Schüller is using Vinterio Stratus Walnut Classic in its next125 kitchen program. Schüller decided on Vinterio because of its linear appearance. As a premium supplier of kitchens, Schüller was looking for new, creative and modern design solutions. To achieve this, Vinterio is applied horizontally. With their narrow lateral stripes, the real wood surfaces in next125 create a pattern that is distinct yet consistent. Schüller presented next125 to the cabinetry trade at the end of 2009. The product had its market launch at the start of this year. Schüller is also commissioning the Italian firm Infiniti by OMP Group to produce the famous Loop chair in the same optical design. OMP Group uses 3D veneer from Danzer Group’s subsidiary Reholz in the manufacture of its Loop chair.
