Eggers Industries is a product partner with Vinterio in the United States since last summer. The manufacturer of wooden stile and rail and flush doors, door accessories and specialty wood products, completed its first Vinterio project in August 2009. The project designers were looking for a traditional wood species with a contemporary twist. They selected Vinterio Stratus Superior Cherry, which was applied horizontally to the doors and the reception desk. After the first successful project, Eggers Industries recently introduced a complete Vinterio Door collection. The Vinterio Collection features most of the Stratus Classic veneers as standard products. Vinterio's exclusive veneers are a perfect fit for Eggers high-end capabilities. Eggers Industries decided on Vinterio because they were impressed by the unprecedented flexibility and unique look of the wood surface. Eggers Industries also appreciated Vinterio’s environmentally friendly properties. The glue joints in the wooden surface contain no formaldehyde. Moreover, Vinterio has obtained Chain-of-Custody (CoC) certification which means that wood products can be verifiably traced back to its source. Upon request, Vinterio products are available with FSC certification or verified as FSC Controlled Wood. FSC-certified wood originates from forests managed in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.
