Vinterio products are made from the authentic wood species and show all their natural characteristics. A variation of appearance between different production runs has to be accepted. Please note that due to the process used for the manufacture of our Euro Oak Mocca and Sapele Mocca products the different components will show various degrees of darkening resulting in a natural color variance within the entire Vinterio sheet. The color variance of a future Vinterio shipment might not be the same as shown in the sample/s and/or veneer shipment/s that you received already.

Our shipping terms are "FCA Melnik, Czech Republic" or "FCA Darlington, PA", Please be advised that Vinterio is not responsible for covering any transportation insurance for sold goods. The buyer carries the risk of damage to the goods in transit once the goods have been delivered to the carrier in Melnik, Czech Republic or Darlington, PA, respectively. Even if the freight charges are prepaid by Vinterio on the buyer's behalf it is the buyer's responsibility to cover the transportation insurance.
