The new wooden surfaces, which are 100 percent natural with respect to the species used, its colors and value, can be used to create unique, high-quality products. Each Vinterio surface maintains its individual specie characteristic appearance.

Vinterio can be used to create unique, high-quality products unlike anything else in the market. Vinterio creates fine wooden surfaces with an brand new looks that have not been seen before. Surface patterns can always be repeated in exact detail, thanks to the new component design and innovative manufacturing process. Vinterio is available in two product lines: “Stratus” is made from a single wood species, while “Nimbus” combines various wood species. Thus, the number of individual, exclusive surface designs that can be created with Vinterio borders on the infinite. Finished products offer a totally different look from conventional wooden surfaces. “Stratus” comes in repeatable and consistent patterns that are readily available. Nimbus products will be developed together with the customer.

Cost efficiency

Vinterio is user-friendly and easy to process. Standard dimensions provide a reliable calculation basis. Yield and material costs can be calculated accurately, which means the product lines are very cost efficient to run. Stronger glue joints make Vinterio well suited for postforming that requires even the smallest radiuses. Vinterio products do not break easily and disrupt downstream processing.

Vinterio is manufactured from select fine woods with consistent high quality. Strict quality demands on raw material ensure a repeatable, balanced and high-quality look. Vinterio products are manufactured by state-of-the-art technology and processes in compliance with the highest standards. Danzer Group maintains its own forests, large and widespread log and lumber procurement teams, forest concessions and production facilities on several continents. This ensures reliable procurement sources, so that Vinterio products are readily available.

Natural product

Vinterio also offers reliability with respect to the environment. The glue joints in the wooden surface contain no formaldehyde. Each Vinterio production facility complies with extensive environmental and safety standards certified in accordance with the internationally recognized ISO standard 14001:2004. The plants are in progress to be chain-of-custody certified in accordance with FSC, PEFC and SFI.  Thus Vinterio is able to manufacture certified products on customer request.
